This role plays an important part by motivating team members, making sure the store meets high standards, maintaining great customer service at all times and being team oriented. Must be flexible with hours and available to work evenings and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:
- Be able to train in all positions in the store when needed
- Cash handling
- Open and close store on a regular basis
- Help execute orders
- Train and coach all new team members
- Contribute to increasing sales and eliminating waste
- Work with team members to hold high standards with each position
- Keep store in high satisfactory for the health department
- Any other duties assigned by GM or Operations
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and verbal skills
- Friendly upbeat personality
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Management experience is a plus but not required
- Must hold or obtain a Food Handlers Managers permit
